Art covers urban landscapes worldwide, helping to shape culture and start conversations about what art can be. The Guerrilla series is inspired by Joshua Jenkins’ deep admiration of Guerrilla Art, street tagging, Pop Artists of the 1960s, and Dadaist collage. Each piece uses appropriated imagery and personal photography, digitally manipulated, printed, and collaged with homemade wheat paste. The images used in this series feature vintage ads, humor, gay themes, pop culture nostalgia, street tags, urban textures, and personal drawings.
